Gates has offered Jobs to make the personalized software that he wants, but as soon as Gates took a hold of the Apples software, he took advantage of it, and thus, the birth of Microsoft Windows. This only proves that having the most efficient software and resources is not the only key to success in every company. There will always be those who will compete in order to get to the highest position.
